These seem to work nicely at helping lower my stress level and calm me during the day. I don't seem to get so worked up and can shrug things off a bit.I would recommend this product if things are getting to be too much for you.

I have been taking B-Complex for energy & stress,they
work great.This brand is one of the better ones, because
it does not bother my stomach. I like Twinlab products they
seem to work better then some of the other brands.

I have used Twin Lab Stress Tabs for a long time. We take 1 morning & night. Since Vitamin B & C are water soluble, we don't store them in our body so therefore they need to be replenished daily.
I like the 8 oz. bottle of NOW liquid stevia, without the alcohol. It is thicker. I prefer stevia to Equal or Splenda.

Simple. With only one caveat.
Can't go wrong here, the capsules are a powdered vitamin formulation that absorbs quickly, comes in a glass jar and you can smell that they are the right stuff when you open the bottle.
It's like the old fashioned vitamins where you KNOW later that you took a vitamin... no question about metabolizing it... just don't take one on an empty stomach.
A mega dose of vitamins on an empty stomach can be upsetting.
That's not TwinLab's fault, it's just the way it works if you want a super absorbable mega vitamin.
Recommended - and delivers the goods at a nice price!!!

These are very nice vitamins that seem to work really well for my wife and I. They come in a glass bottle, and ship very quickly. We've been taking them for about a year and find them very good quality.
