My husband and I use this when traveling to combat jet lag. It's amazing. Finding it on amazon.com saves us money and time trying to locate the product. The product has other uses and benefits---check them out.

I have found pycnogenol to be extremely helpful in decreasing pain from osteoarthritis in my lower back- it is definitely worth trying.
