Wonder Vitamin December 6, 2007 Sarah Hutzler (the south) 21 out of 21 found this review helpful
I prefer this brand of iron supplements. They do not flush out of your system quickly, and they are affordable. Since I have used these in conjunction with my multi-vitamin my hair has grown faster, white marks on my fingernails have disappeared, I don't freeze all of the time, and I'm not as exhausted during my workouts. I recommend that any woman that is of a child-bearing age take these. Blood tests showed that the iron level in my blood was good, and all of these above listed symptoms persisted. No doctor ever recommended that I take an iron pill. Taking this supplement has benefitted me more than any vitamin or supplement I've ever taken.
Did More THan I Expected December 21, 2009 D. Butler (Swansea, IL USA) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
My doctor said I was anemic and I was taking Fergon. I had a Nature Made coupon and used it at Target. Since taking this, I no longer chew on things that I did before (pica) due to anemia. Also, my libido is through the roof. Sure, my husband is happy but I can only attribute this very noticeable change due to the iron tablets. I thought my periods would be heavier or different...but they were the same.

Have been buying this in the drug store for a lot more money. Great price for the quantity.
Just what the doctor ordered June 26, 2010 Kona (Emerald City) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I'm very happy with this iron supplement, which I've been taking for about two years. My doctor recommended it because my iron level was always too low to donate blood; since taking the pills my iron has been at acceptable levels everytime. The pills are small and easy to swallow and the Amazon price is lower than my local drug store.
good thing i read about iron July 13, 2010 david (boston) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
after reading 3 hours of iron. it has answered all the problems i have. (its not many) first thing i want to mention is that i also read that most high school / teens have a deficiency in iron, just wanted to get that out of the way.
now the reasons why i purchased : 1. better sleep 2. less stress 3. less fatigue. oh and btw for some reason the "Iron" inside these cereal boxes don't seem to work. but when i take this, then i don't experience neither of the 3 problems i listed. low levels of iron = insomnia (just incase you got issues sleeping like me).
don't take this review for granted, just do a research on "iron benefits". btw just to get out the way: iron has a lot more benefits BUT i only listed the reasons why i'm taking it. so if you have other problems than what i listed then just google "your problem "space" iron deficiency" and maybe you'll find a connection
example:
google >
1 insomia iron iron deficiency
2 fatigue iron deficiency
3. stress iron deficiency
thats where my 2-4hrs of reading went to.
