I used this product and have to say that it worked for me. At first I had doubts because no explode creatine had no effect on me at all. This product has a diretic effect and makes u piss alot. My suggestion is use this product after 3-4 months of intense working out. If u don't workout don't take these to lose weight (fat). Get on a diet hire a trainer and work your ass off is the only way to see results. This pill pretty much gets rid of water weight which did bring out my abs more and made my muscles look more lean. Again this is effective in losig water weight and not fat. The resin I repeat myself is becase I see so many out of shape people buying every supplement out there. First learn all the basics

I like the results to tell the truth. I reached a plateau with the cuts and this broke me through. So I am thinking this is to be part of my cut-up phase. After I take them I have an unbelievable near unbearable hunger and a dry smell. I even took it one day to dry up my sinuses and it worked. Not to say it will do that for you, that is the effect on me. It drys me out, so it is easy to see why it takes away the water weight. And they did say drink lots of water, which means going to the bathroom more.
A trainer in the gym though was astonished and he and another guy was talkinig to me about how dry I look and wondered what I was taking. I ONLY TAKE THE RED BOTTLE. BSN!!!!!!
But heh I am going back for them during the next cut-up phase. They are not comfortable but they do the job. It is not just the water they remove either. I look good. Just hope I keep it up until the next phase 12 weeks from now.

i've been taking this atro-phex for about two months now. i've lost 7 lbs and a couple of inches around my waist. the mental clarity is incredible. the energy is awesome. i would definitely recommend this product! of course i will cycle off of it at 12 weeks. four weeks off...as the recommendation goes. but i will go another 12 after that. great product...order it and you'll love the mental clarity alone!

I'm a runner and a martial artist who usually sticks with herbal and organic supplements, but something about this stuff (combined with this stupid beerbelly I couldn't get rid of) made me want to try it. I was very skeptical about the mood and focus enhancing effects the packaging purported, but I must say, the product delivered. I take the novice dosage and I have seen great results both in my physique and my mental state. Seriously! The only problem, and it was a minor one, was that when I first started taking it, I had kind of a rough time getting to sleep, but once I figured out when to take it (before breakfast, before lunch) i really was pleased. Drink water and experiment with a low dosage first, then move up if you think you need to. It took about 7 days for me to start noticing the fat loss, but its really been helping me get leaner.

I definitely cut fat and water weight on this product. Didnt make me feel jittery but, nmade me feel warm with good sustained energy. It also takes awhile to get immune to them which is awesome. I have tried alot of weight loss supplements and this ranks as one of the best or not the best!
